Spielberg Endorses Clinton
I was really interested to see which way this was going to go. Spielberg had hosted a party for Obama and I was concerned that he was going to support that campaign. I think Obama is a good man and would make an excellent running mate for Hillary, but he doesn't seem to be ready to be president. I am completely behind Hillary, not because she would make the perfect president, I have issues with her but she seems to be the best we have to offer. Other than Obama, the rest of the candidates give me the heebs.
I am really really curious to see who Oprah gets behind. I think Hollywood is
going to have a lot of pull in 2008. Of course Hollywood helped to win it for us in 2000 and 2004 also and it didn't quite work out the way it was supposed to. Any way you look at it we have got to take back this country. I think Clinton has the best chance to begin to clean up the mess that Dumbya has made. She already has a huge running start over Obama and can make a lot of progress much faster. We need speed
I SURE hope we WIN back the country.. Even if I am no longer living in the U.S. I am still a born and raised Demo and can't stand to see what is going on in the US at the hands of Bush and his croonies!!!

I'm not American, but as a citizen of the world (so to speak) I fully support Clinton and I hope she wins. I totally agree with everything you've said.

I agree with you about what the country has to offer as far as candidates...I don't know about Obama being "ready", but then again, Bush clearly wasn't ready (and I'm talking about beyond his general unintelligence, corruption, and inability to inspire confidence beyond religious fanatics).
Clinton just scares me though...I used to support Bill Clinton (still would, if I could...who cares who he has sex with?!), but after the Clintons dissolved their investments (at the onset of her presidential campaign) and we saw all of those investments they had in aerospace/defense technologies...the very stocks that benefited from the "war" in Iraq...and her SUPPORT for said war in Iraq...well, I simply cannot trust her anymore.
I know you can't trust politicians, period, but Obama's got such a pristine record and he's so upfront about ANYTHING that he has done, that he's the only one I would dare to trust now...
